At Clear Sky Medical we offer a variety of services which range from standard procedures covered by insurance, and other procedures which are not, see the details below.
Services Covered by Insurance
Please contact your insurance company to see if Dr. Meier is in network. We do not verify insurance coverage. Anything not covered by the insurance company is the patient responsibility.
Cash Payment
Any procedures not covered by insurance, including aesthetics and hormone pellets, are the patient’s responsibility. Payment is due at the time of service. No financing available.
