Services Covered by Insurance
Please contact your insurance company to see if Dr. Meier is in network. We do not verify insurance coverage. Anything not covered by the insurance company is the patient responsibility.
Methods of Payment
Patients are responsible for out-of-pocket costs, and we accept several methods of payment including credit card, check, or cash.
