Aviation Physicals
Dr. Katia Meier has served as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) since May 2007.
She currently performs:
Class II FAA Medical Exams
Class III FAA Medical Exams
(Class I exams may be offered in the future.)
All examinations are conducted in a professional medical office setting using the FAA MedXPress online application system.

MedXPress Information
The FAA MedXPress system allows applicants to electronically complete FAA Form 8500-8 prior to their appointment. Information entered into MedXPress is transmitted directly to the FAA and made available to our office for review during your examination.
Please note:
A medical examination by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is required to complete certification.
MedXPress does not process FAA Air Traffic Control Specialist exams.
To begin:
Visit FAA.gov and complete your MedXPress application.
Print the confirmation page.
Bring the confirmation number and required documentation to your appointment.
Appointment Details
Exams last approximately 45 minutes.
We currently conduct Class II and Class III physicals only.
